Testimonials & Comments
Kyle-- I feel that Rapid Fire is superior to any other study guide. Its ease of use and thoroughness of the material covered is outstanding. This is a great way to test your comprehension of the material as well as to help you retain the info by driling in the study mode. I also have two suggestions... 1) Set up a method of allowing users to easily contact you to point out any errors in the questions that they may find so that you can correct it for future users. 2) Make it affordable for individuals by offering discounts on say the third and subsequent individual titles. (I realize that the web vesion may somewhat help this area), however, most firefighters as individuals are on a restrictive budget as opposed to purchases made by departments. Thanks Kyle Hendrix Thank you for your kind comments. As for #1, what ideas do you have?? We currently have a 800 number, fax, and email. As for #2, this past spring ('97) we sent a mailer out to all of our registered owners offering a buy 2 get one free special on student packages. We were pleased with the response and may do it again in the future. Thanks again for your input, I look forward to anymore comments that you may have.
James-- Rapid Fire has helped improve my study habits. I did not realize how much information I was not retaining . It would be nice for an individual to have access to a method to correct errors in the questions other than spending the fee for the trainers program. P.S. This Program Was Badly Needed To Assist Home Study For Promotion How about a correction link per question? I'll try to have something working over this Thanksgiving '98 Holiday weekend. Thanks for the comments.
Jeff-- I am looking for a study system that will help me study for my upcoming engineers promotional exam. Three books that are always on the exam are pumping apparatus, aerial apparatus and company officer. If you could let me know what would be the best way to better my score. Or let me know what programs Rapid Fire has that's directed to engineer promotional exams. If you have tried our any of our demos you can see that we have quality products that quickly tests and refreshes your knowledge. Our DOS installs on your machine and allows you to generate an infinite number of tests. Our WEB version gives you a license for either 1,000 or 3,000 questions. The WEB version allows you to generate tests and with each test generated your counter is reduced that number of questions. The choice here is price. The DOS versions would be three separate databases, $49.95 x 3, while the web version is 3,000 questions $49.95. The choice is yours as to which product is better for you.
